How do I register to present my medical invention?

You have four options for registering:

Please complete and submit the Invention Review Registration and the Inventor Entry Agreement.

The same registration form is used for face to face Reviews, appearances, telephone or mail submissions.

1- Email: invent@eurekamed.com with the following information:

       Name
       Contact Information
       Roadshow Location & Date you are interested in attending
       Brief summary of your professional background
       Name of your invention
       Area of focus or specialty
       Distinguishing Achievements Such as:
                                                             * The Number of Patents
                                                             * Commercialized Inventions

2- FAX: Click Invention Review Registration Form for a PDF file which you print, complete the form and return to us by fax at:
